According to a training manual our foundation has\u00a0 prepared on the suitability of international agreements with the legislative pyramid.The workshops were launched on February 7th, 2019 in Qamishli, Hasaka, Mabadah, and Raqqa, respectively. Each workshop lasted for 2 days in each city.<\/div>\r\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Each workshop was organised into main sessions:<\/div>\r\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<div>\u2022 Systems of governance<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 The basic components of society<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 the authorities.<\/div>\r\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6568  alignright\" style=\"font-size: 20.5714px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fraternity-sy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-300x225-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"423\" \/>\r\n<div>\u2022 the Constitution\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 The formation of constitutions<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 Constitutions Methods<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 Types of constitutions<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 Sources of the Constitution<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 Legislative pyramid<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 The relationship between international conventions and the national legislative pyramid<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 Theories about the relationship<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 international conventions and the nature of the constitutions<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 The position of constitutions of international conventions<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2022 Legislative harmonization between international conventions and the national legislative pyramid<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-2-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4031\" src=\"http:\/\/fraternity-sy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/image-copyright-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n<div>\r\n<div>In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.2067361133346312&amp;type=1&amp;l=cf83e256b1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hassaka<\/a>, the workshop started on 7th\u00a0 February, 2019. on average 22 civil activists ( 16 female ) representing 6 local organizations and activist from civil society in in the city.<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.2068455516570207&amp;type=1&amp;l=5e2afcc899\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mabadah<\/a>, the workshop started on 14 February, 2019 . on average 16 civil activists ( 9 female ) representing 7 local organizations and activist from civil society in the city<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.2070327026383056&amp;type=1&amp;l=f65a002468\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Raqqa<\/a>, the workshop started on 27 February, 2019 , on average. 16 civil activists ( 10 female ) representing 7 local organizations and activist from civil society in the city.<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.2066660133416412&amp;type=1&amp;l=e48a2f4d00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Qamishli<\/a>, the workshop started on 18th February , 2019. on average 15 civil activists ( 14 female ) representing 11 local organizations and activist from civil society in the city<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>Fraternity Foundation for Human Rights (FFHR) had issued a position paper on the drafting of the Syrian.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fraternity-sy.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/who-is-drafting-the-constitution.pdf\">who is drafting the constitution<\/a><\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>FFRH\u2019s team, with the goal to enhance concerted action and networking, cooperated with fellow local organisation to implement these workshops in their headquarters.
