The Fraternity Foundation message on the occasion of International Day for Tolerance to the citizens of Aljazeera (It means the province of Hasakah )  , which was printed and published in all the cities where the Foundation operates :

Over the long decades, Aljazeera area lived heritage and legacy of interferences and entanglements ethnic, national and religious punctuated by periods of conflict and dispute, which feed by outskirts and destinations benefited from the rivalry, intolerance and spreader its authority and expanded its influence and controlled the life tracks through playing cacophony on these tendons, however, the principles of brotherhood and co-existence remained stops of the deterioration of those dark periods and continuity build on that heritage and legacy of daily transactions economically and socially, which deepened through intermarriage and neighborly relations and agricultural partnership models.

We all know that any transition between the two periods must be secreted throes of an irregular and ions of various coexist shades but righting the foundation always this transition remains subject to the culture of tolerance and spiritual of polytheist living and civil peace guarantor importantly to avoid being dragged into a civil war will only bring woe and ruin and old underdevelopment and tyranny with modern formats. will not only benefit from it except arguer seize the opportunities to pass their narrow factional interests.

The foundations of a democratic culture mainly dependent on the justice of universal human rights and derived mainly from a culture of tolerance is the perfect solution to these disputes and tensions interfaces in the region from recalling the first moments that coexistence people in the region through peaceful phase of the process of democratic transition in Syria Generally and our region specially to demand the take rights a what they agree on it all Different nationalist and religious and factional I do not think it is possible to forget the memory of those crowds who participate in the launch of the transition process, which should return them to complete the process of democratic transition its concepts of tolerance.

its Natural in any process of democratic transition that followed with disagreements chaotic and move to a state of exclusion and repression by virtue of the presence of some tension groups beneficiary of the civil war, the global revolutionary history full of such periods and eras, and practices, as happened in the French Revolution and the Bolshevik and even in the foundation of the state, such as United States of America, which relied on a gradual transition to a culture of tolerance, despite their need for decades did not achieve its democratic system only after the chaotic situations like what is happening in our region than now and that should we escort them before slipping into civil war may drag on for decades, its on our generations promising accounts on account of our security and our stability and shared our living.
The American experience that perhaps lucky to own document of rights relied upon it in preparing the constitution a culture of tolerance is the rule from which the document poses today and urgently need to formulate a Charter of Honor of civil peace, totally derived from a culture of tolerance. This Charter for its historical, social, economic and necessity must be the gathering product for the people in the region, a Kurdish will not be apart from his co-Arab or Muslim isolation from the Christian partner, not a spectrum of other spectra alone able to prepare such a document unless it is mastering the culture of tolerance its global concepts and the human rights justice which will be principles actor and founder of any real peace process and civil peace.

The entire region lives grim secretions as a result of violence and intolerance practitioners as anti-violence policies pursued by the dominant force previously so it necessary today put the face of state violence and national intolerance, religious or factional General peace concepts of tolerance and acceptance of others difference and must bear the consequences of secretions that we talked about and put them to practitioner its opposite.

The paradigm shift from the manifestations of looting and violent and intolerant to the manifestations of the positive peaceful and peace needs first to spread the culture of tolerance with its media form and consolidate axioms relied upon it as the first step must be to move the media and need to transfer it from the amateur field to professional was the flags the most important role in the start of the spring revolutions Middle Eastern most revolutionary and authoritarian and mobilized all bodies efforts to media wars contributed significantly to the victory of these revolutions, or for those authorities from time to time.

But the media has turned often to the means of propaganda for the purpose of reaching many sometimes of incitement to commit mass killings resulted to cases of frets national or religious intolerance or sectarian, and the people inexperienced should be careful in the selection of phrases and terminology, but the most important role in that we follow all that would create confusion and tendencies intolerant by these media newly arrived and who lack media professional natural as a case of the necessity of revolutionary action and the need for revolutionary media cadres can move the suffering experienced by the general civilian life and variety of media and spread in abundance everywhere in the country and bodies tried to pumped professionals persons this means but they parted to the presence of an officer and dissuasive mechanism to inject marketing concepts serve certain agendas,
so it is best to work on the restructuring of the media and the necessity of drafting a code of honor media as part of the General Charter of rights and based on freedom of expression, including safeguards the dignity of man and his rights and avoids any traces of disputes factional media with soft language address to tolerate hearts and minds in order to address peace.

What we should do is hard work and relentless pursuit to be a culture of tolerance fact that the process is not to be just a theoretical horizon brag about it and lose its content so that we can reach the peace and civil peace phase.
