” Eyes on Rights” begins the second axis in Kobane

after the conclusion of the axis about the International Bill of Human Rights . Through the project ” Eye on Rights” which Fraternity Foundation for Human Rights launched which aims to prepare monitors and workers in documenting violations against human rights with sufficient experiences in mechanisms of monitoring and documentation of international and humanitarian criminal law. The team of the project started its second axis about the international criminal law in Kobane . It lasted three days and 27 trainers included 18 female trainers representing 6 civic organizations participated in the workshop which was held at the headquarter of the Fraternity Foundation in Kobane . The first day was about an introduction about the international criminal law and the crime and its articles and essential crimes.
