After the numerous defeats suffered recently by the Islamic State (ISIS)group in different areas in Syria and Iraq, the group known for its professional media, launched a campaign under the slogan “Answer the Call” to mobilize fighters in its areas of control and fight against what they called “the enemies of the Islamic state.”
The campaign, for which ISIS allocated a lot of money, did not receive any interaction from locals.
According to researchers of Fraternity Foundation for Human Rights (FFHR/Birati) in Deir al-Zor, the campaign has suffered a terrible failure.

The observers of Fraternity Foundation for Human Rights (FFHR/Birati)in Deir al-Zor province documented 12 victims.

The victims of the kidnapping have not been documented yet, but two brothers were identified as sons of Mahmoud al-Abdullah and one of the women was identified as Wassal but her last name has not been known yet.
